This 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir from the 2018 vintage from a single parcel named Paradis is a real favorite. The nose explodes with flowers, with scents of verbena, lily of the valley and wisteria. This is followed by white hazelnut and green apple, which are at once very greedy and very elegant. The palate is delicate, very fine, with millimetric bubbles and a very crisp finish. Superb! Enjoy with a lightly sweetened dessert.
