Piot-Sévillano
Independent winegrowers, the family has been cultivating vines for ten generations. Christine and Vincent, now at the helm, have a majority of Pinot Meunier on their 8 hectares. The estate banned insecticides almost twenty years ago, and herbicides only recently. It uses organic fertilizers and has been HVE (high environmental value) certified for almost two years. Particularly involved in the collective life of the Champagne region, the couple make wines in their own image: generous and festive. In 2019, the estate will be equipped with a new winery featuring concrete eggs, stoneware jars, foudres, barrels and vats, as well as a reception room with panoramic terrace.
