A cuvée made mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with a further 10% from Pinot Noir. The whole is made from reserve wines from the 2013 and 2014 harvests. The chalky, mineral palate develops fine bitters, but beware of the slightly heavy dosage, which slightly masks the wine's aromatic complexity. You'll need to tame this dosage by pairing it with a mild poultry curry with coconut milk.
