The Piot-Sevillano are independent winegrowers; the family members have worked in the vineyard for 8 generations. Today, Christine and Vincent grow a majority of Pinot Meunier on their 8 hectares in Vincelles. The estate has banned the use of insecticides for almost 20 years and herbicides for 3 years; they use organic fertilizers and received the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification two years ago. Particularly involved in the community life in Champagne, the couple make generous and festive wines. In 2019, the estate acquired a new winery with concrete eggs, stoneware jar, casks, barrels and vats, as well as a reception room with a panoramic terrace.
