This cuvée is indeed full of character. The nose of this blanc de noirs opens with notes of clean, vibrant fruit. On the palate, the wine is racy and vibrant, with well-controlled fruitiness. The bubbles are fine and the finish particularly sapid. A champagne to open with a cold fish terrine.
