The winemaker's aim with this cuvée was to faithfully reproduce the house style year after year. In fact, the wine is fresh and crystalline, balanced between chalky, mineral and gourmet notes. Very appetizing, it will be perfect as an aperitif with Comté cheese puff pastries.
