On the nose, this 100% Chardonnay develops woody, roasted notes. Then, with aeration, aromas of lemon yogurt emerge. On the palate, granny smith apples and citrus zest are enhanced by chalk. The finish is marked by freshness, but is clean and simple. Pair with iodine and citrus dishes.
