A hint of fermentation opens the nose, but white fruits quickly take over, accompanied by aromas of verbena, sage, jasmine and sweet orange zest. On the palate, where delicate, creamy bubbles contribute to a smooth texture, we find ripe fruity notes, a hint of rosemary honey and a pinch of bergamot zest for freshness. The wine holds up well, with controlled power and a delicately chalky finish.
