A beautiful, youthful color for this "L'Originale" cuvée of pure Pinot Blanc, a testament to the house's history. The nose, initially discreet, opens gently with notes of mirabelle plum, pineapple and crème brûlée. On the palate, the champagne is perfectly spherical, creamy and balanced by a lovely bitter finish. A fine example of southern Aube Pinot Blanc.
