Here's another bold move by Champagne Gerbais, who are constantly looking for ways to best express their grapes. This white Coteaux Champenois, made exclusively with Pinot Blanc from the 2018 harvest, is only produced in 512 bottles. A dashing nose of white fruit and flowers such as green pear, grapefruit and broom flower, perfume a supple texture of fruit, taut with sharp, crisp acidity. A perfect match for oily fish, such as gravelax salmon with honey mustard.
