This cuvée is a racy "bomb"! Produced exclusively from the Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru and after almost 10 years on laths, it is not marked by patina, but still displays its wood vinification. The wine is limpid with a very clear color. The nose is airy, with aromas of yellow citrus and hints of menthol. The palate is vinous and chiselled, with a fresh attack, reminiscent of the aromas, with the presence of the terroir's limestone minerality. The finish is very long (but still a little marked by wood), with candied citrus zest and a lovely iodized salinity. Decant gently and enjoy with sea urchins.
