What a racy wine! Right from the nose, with its complex scents of citrus fruits, preserved lemons, grilled almonds, pastry notes and sea spray, the whole Côte des Blancs comes to the fore. Still very young, this 2005 vintage has a slightly more pronounced structure than the previous vintage, but still with the class and superb iodized length of the great bottles from Le Mesnil. Well done!
