This Cramant blanc de blancs has a very pale gold color with silver highlights, and very fine bubbles that form a creamy mousse when served. The nose is marked by aromas of chalk, sweet spices, honeyed flowers and various fruits (pear, persimmon, almond). Serene and lively at the same time, the attack is light and fresh. Citrus flavors and bubbles quench our thirst with sapidity. The finish offers a note of grapefruit zest. Excellent as an aperitif with smoked salmon toast.

Petitjean-Pienne

The estate, located in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, has been passed on for six generations. While continuing to work with his father, Denis Petitjean created this estate with his wife Dominique in 1981 and their daughter Marie joined them in 2004. They almost exclusively produce cuvées of Chardonnay.
