A cuvée of three Grand Cru villages, the nose feels more lime (juice and concentration) than mineral, quite strong and feeling more Avize, with white flowers and fresh almonds, rhubarb and citrus peel. The bubbles and palate are strong and almost abrupt, incisive and steely, sensing Chouilly hard chalk and direct grey Avize minerals more than soft and delicate Cramant. An Côte de Blancs blend expressing individual identities. Dare to pair with anything, soft and strong.
