One hundred percent Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, 80% of which is aged in vats and 20% in barrels, for this elegant Champagne with a nose of juicy pear, white flowers and yellow grapefruit skin. The palate is lightly dosed, lively, intensely fruity and well-balanced, and perfectly reflects its origins with a long, lemony, chalky finish. A great success for this blend, which comes mainly from the 2013 vintage.

Pertois-Moriset

The house is located in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger and owns 20 ha of vines, more than half of which are located on the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Here, malolactic fermentations are blocked in search of tension and purity in wines of great origins. The house's wide range has been extended to include a high-level cuvée parcellaire, and new, sober, elegant packaging. The estate will convert to organic farming in 2024.
