A favorite in 2018, this parcel-based cuvée from the 2011 vintage is a favorite again this year! The nose has blossomed again, with notes of lime, white flowers and damp chalk. The palate has gained in fruitiness and amplitude. A very long, sapid finish characterizes this racy champagne.

Pertois-Moriset
The house is located in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger and owns 20 ha of vines, more than half of which are located on the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Here, malolactic fermentations are blocked in search of tension and purity in wines of great origins. The house's wide range has been extended to include a high-level cuvée parcellaire, and new, sober, elegant packaging. The estate will convert to organic farming in 2024.
