The acidity of citrus and crisp greengage opens up a very taut bouquet, which feels a little cold. Beneath a fine effervescence, the wine is warmer, with notes of beeswax and yellow fruit that add a comforting touch. The saline finish makes you want to come back for more.

The house is located in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger and owns 20 ha of vines, more than half of which are located on the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Here, malolactic fermentations are blocked in search of tension and purity in wines of great origins. The house's wide range has been extended to include a high-level cuvée parcellaire, and new, sober, elegant packaging. The estate will convert to organic farming in 2024.
