A pure Vertus Chardonnay, with a nose that is both firm and fine. The fruit is particularly pure and straightforward. It clings to the taut minerality of the terroir from mid-palate through to the finish. A terroir champagne that might be considered "hard", but is above all "pure". And aeration gives it a distinctive vibrancy. For the discerning connoisseur.

Person

Maison Person is certainly the story of seven generations of winemakers, but above all, it is the story of one man, Dominique, to whom we owe the fact that the wine is now vinified and bottled under his own name. From being grape growers who supplied others, the Persons became producers in their own right, and it wasn’t until 2019 that the estate established itself in Épernay. A quarter of a century later, Dominique is delighted to welcome his two sons, Nestor and Léo, who are committed to continuing his geobiology-based approach to viticulture. The vineyards are primarily located in the Vertus terroir for Chardonnay and in Aÿ for Pinot Noir.
