Black cherry, raspberry jam, spicy notes... the nose is expressive and very slightly marked by a woodiness that seems to lack clarity. On the palate, the wine is very hillside, with a silky, chalky feel. The tannins tighten a little on the finish. This vertus will open classically with a fine red meat.
