Superb! This 100% Chardonnay cuvée comes from one of Champagne's very few clos, located in Vertu. The wine opens with race and elegance on finely toasted notes. Although entirely vinified and aged in wood, it makes absolutely no impression. On the palate, the race continues, with a beautiful "memory of water" on the finish. A great champagne, with a rare freshness, to be savored with a carpaccio of langoustine, slivers of grilled almonds and parsley blossom.
