Gault&Millau's review
This domaine, a new discovery in our guide last year (Guide 2020), conducts its vineyards biodynamically, and with plowing by horse. Premier and Grand Cru classified parcels are located on slopes exposed to the east, sheltered from winds. The grapes are harvested separately from each other, optimum maturity of the cuvées is sought, and vinification and ageing are done in oak casks.
