Gault&Millau's review
Paul Dangin et Fils is a 50-hectare family business, located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the very south of the Aube region. Paul Dangin created the brand in 1947, and subsequent generations have worked to bring it to fruition. The estate is certified Terra Vitis for its environmentally-friendly viticulture. No fewer than eleven employees work hard to produce a wide range of champagnes from the classic grape varieties (pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier), but also from the rare pinot blanc, which is featured in the "Cuvée Saint Cyr". The domaine also markets a red coteaux-champenois. All our wines are extremely consistent.
