A sharp approach for this atypical wine, which has undergone prolonged ageing in chalk cellars 18 m deep. The discreet nose reveals citrus fruit, rhubarb, sweet spices and toasted bread. The sharp palate reveals a full-bodied chew of citrus flesh. Good length. Perfect as an aperitif or with a carpaccio of sea bream with citrus juice.
