Gault&Millau's review
The Palmer & Co brand was created in 1947 by seven winemakers. Today, it includes 300 winegrowers covering 415 ha. With 200 ha classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru, Palmer & Co draws most of its supplies from the Montagne de Reims. The Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Bar and Vallée de la Marne regions are complementary. Xavier Berdin, the cellar master, oversees the blends, which include a high proportion of reserve wines. A fine brand.
