Gault&Millau's review
This 8 hectare estate was created in 2009 and includes 40 parcels of vines spread over the slopes of 7 villages on the right bank of the Marne Valley. Sustainable viticulture with cover crops and ploughing is practiced, and the cuvées have little or not dosage. After replanting some Petit Meslier vines, the first cuvées of made from this once forgotten variety have been recently bottled.
