Roundness from the very first aromas! Notes of yellow fruit (apricot, peach), mango and pastry aromas reminiscent of vanilla apple cake, underlined by sweet spices. The body is full-bodied and round, with notes of yellow fruit and orange blossom without losing freshness. A fine exercise in balance that carries through to a salivating finish, with just the right amount of acidity.

Olivier Marteaux

Born into a family of winegrowers and nurserymen (Marcel, the grandfather, started his own business in 1950), Olivier Marteaux studied at the Lycée Viticole d'Avize before starting winemaking on the estate and becoming a harvestman in 1998. His vineyards, most of which are the result of massal selection over several generations, cover 9 hectares and some forty parcels in the Marne Valley, between Azy-sur-Marne and Charly-sur-Marne. Olivier produces a range of six cuvées that reflect his terroir and the fruits of his labor.
