Dressed in a lemon-straw color with light gold highlights, this vintage has a pastry nose (yellow and white fruit tarts) and dried mango. The mousse is lively, with delicate bubbles. Despite the obvious dosage, the palate is well-balanced. Tonic, salivating, mineral and sapid, it reveals yellow and lime flavors on the palate. The finish is light but taut. This is a fine champagne to enjoy as an aperitif or with a fine meal.
