Special Club cuvées are produced only in exceptional years. Opulent and generous, this cuvée offers great minerality and finesse. The color is a brilliant gray-gold and the bubbles are extremely light. The nose is pure and delicious, with aromas of roasted hazelnuts, pith, green almonds and dried meadow flowers. The palate is highly complex, with a full-bodied attack that refines to a finish of exemplary precision. Pair with poularde de Bresse with morels.

Nominé-Renard

Today, this estate, which came from two families, the Nominé and the Renard, owns some twenty hectares. As early as 1900, the Renard grandfather began producing his own cuvées. Since then, the tradition has been perpetuated through a narrow range of champagnes aged for long periods in historic cellars dug into the chalk. Today, Claude and Simon Nominé oversee production.
