Half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay, this cuvée, disgorged in March 2017, has a beautifully fresh nose with citrus notes (lemon, combava). The rich, ripe harvest justifies a light dosage that preserves the truth of the fruit. The palate expresses great intensity, with toasty aromas and a chalky, sappy chewiness. A bottle still in its youth, to be set aside in the cellar and served with lobster in cream sauce.
