A 100% pinot noir and 100% Bouzy cuvée, aged in wood. The nose seems barely marked by wood, with fine vanilla notes dominated by the richness and ripeness of the harvest. On the palate, the wine is long, greedy, unctuous, full-bodied and fat, respecting and magnifying its terroir. The almost natural dosage (1g/liter) refines this masterful balance. Enjoy with Aquitaine caviar.
