Gault&Millau's review
2020
90/100
Still very young, coming as it does from the 2017 harvest, this ripe, fresh rosé offers lovely fruity nuances (raspberry, grenadine). Because it's easy to digest and marked by an incisive bubble, we could try a (risky) pairing with a mature cheese like soumaintrain (a soft, washed-rind cheese).

Before Guillaume and Caroline took over the family estate in 2000, they produced only 15,000 bottles per year. The volume has tripled since then and the 6 hectare vineyard, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, spreads over five terroirs. The plots are vinified separately and the HVE certification was obtained in 2017.
