Gault&Millau's review
2020
90/100
From the 2016 harvest, this champagne is still young, but ripe and fresh. Its fine bubbles and salinity on the palate are appetizing. Punctuated by notes of small yellow fruits (mirabelle plum), this brut is ideal for a financial flight au vent.

Before Guillaume and Caroline took over the family estate in 2000, they produced only 15,000 bottles per year. The volume has tripled since then and the 6 hectare vineyard, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, spreads over five terroirs. The plots are vinified separately and the HVE certification was obtained in 2017.
