Made from the 2015 harvest, this cuvée boasts a nose marked by notes of undergrowth. On the palate, freshness, richness and maturity are balanced. However, a slightly excessive dosage weighs down the finish of this already ripe wine. Pair with rabbit fricassee with cream sauce.

Before Guillaume and Caroline took over the family estate in 2000, they produced only 15,000 bottles per year. The volume has tripled since then and the 6 hectare vineyard, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, spreads over five terroirs. The plots are vinified separately and the HVE certification was obtained in 2017.
