Between marine aromas and white fruits, the nose is all freshness before evolving into delicate scents of honeysuckle, Mexican orange blossom and acacia honey. The palate is tauter, marked by a sharp acidity reminiscent of citrus fruit. A great wind of freshness that takes us into a marine wake and is the perfect accompaniment to ceviche or langoustine nage.
