Producing 90% for export, Jean-Paul Hébrart plays with pinot noir and chardonnay at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, on 15.5 ha of vines. A balancing act, Jean-Paul always finds the right tone with wines that are never exuberant, but always generous and fine. Respectful of his terroir, Jean-Paul's soil cultivation is pesticide-free. French wine-lovers, don't let all those bottles go abroad, and discover "Clos Le Léon", which Jean-Paul produces in the Champagne appellation, but also in white coteaux-champenois when the vintage permits. A discreet house, but a true benchmark.
