Made from old Pinot Noir vines, this wine gives off a lovely vibrancy and is chiseled, light and even airy on the palate, the opposite of the power you'd expect from old Pinot Noir vines. A radiant, even flamboyant cuvée, to be enjoyed on its own or with lightly spiced shrimp to revitalize the palate.

Marc Augustin

Marc Augustin, under the guidance of his wife Emmanuelle, creates his champagnes under the influence of the four elements. He believes that the world is a whole, and that every action brings about a reaction; it is therefore advisable to choose positive actions that promote harmony, something that his father initiated back in the 1970s, refusing to use chemical "pollutants". The winemaker is experimenting with flax plantations to preserve freshness, and permaculture with leguminous plants. Inspired by biodynamics and strongly influenced by the stars, his cuvées are telluric ("Earth"), solar ("Fire") and aerial ("Air"). "It's magical to make champagne and then have it tasted.
