A half-Chardonnay, half-Pinot Noir cuvée whose salinity delights the taste buds. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, digestible and ethereal, a faithful reflection of terroir, winemaking and ageing that keep intervention to a minimum. Its rock water texture is perfect for sushi with sea fish.

Marc Augustin

Marc Augustin, under the guidance of his wife Emmanuelle, creates his champagnes under the influence of the four elements. He believes that the world is a whole, and that every action brings about a reaction; it is therefore advisable to choose positive actions that promote harmony, something that his father initiated back in the 1970s, refusing to use chemical "pollutants". The winemaker is experimenting with flax plantations to preserve freshness, and permaculture with leguminous plants. Inspired by biodynamics and strongly influenced by the stars, his cuvées are telluric ("Earth"), solar ("Fire") and aerial ("Air"). "It's magical to make champagne and then have it tasted.
