A full-bodied Chardonnay with delicious aromas of apple pie, lemon balm and blond caramel. Greedy, bewitching and chalky on aeration, with hints of grapefruit and citrus. The bubbles are lively, and the texture is cottony and creamy. A perfect compromise between salinity and gastronomic dimension. Lovely lingering bitters.
