A style of rosé that's both vinous and floral, driven by suave aromas of red fruits (wild strawberries, cherries), citrus zest and a hint of melon. The bubbles are sparse, but the mouth, with its tonicity and beautiful bitters, hits the bull's eye. A rosé to tantalize the taste buds before dinner, or serve with a carpaccio of red tuna, swordfish and raspberries.

Champagne Lejeune-Dirvang was founded in 1977 by Jean Lejeune. When he retired in 2014, Guillaume Lejeune and his wife Carole took over the family business, having previously worked in the Burgundy vineyards. A confidential estate of just under 4 hectares located on the southern slopes of the Reims mountain range, Guillaume uses no chemical weedkillers or insecticides, and will certify the farm HVE3 in 2020. His experience in Burgundy has led him to work his estate around its "climats", seeking to express the terroir, the parcels and the grape varieties (in blends or not).
