Long aged in wood, this Burgundy-inspired cuvée offers a complex nose sealing in notes of dried fruit and citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, rich and full-bodied, finishing with the salinity of the terroir. The dosage is a little marked for our taste. An accomplished champagne to be opened with noble fish.
