Gault&Millau's review
91/100
At first glance, this 2008 comes from an atypical year, characterized by elegance and eloquent charisma. The soft gold color with brilliant green highlights the effervescence of numerous fine bubbles. The nose announces a selective, clean fragrance of white and dried fruits, not forgetting some exotic, buttery, brioche-like fruits. The palate is rich, tender, racy, full-bodied and beautifully crafted. The chewiness is straightforward, built around mature fruit flavors of great finesse. Ideal as an aperitif or with veal in puff pastry and morel mushroom sauce.
