Generously fragrant, the nose confirms the visual impression, imparting a complex aromatic palette: macerated white fruit, reinette apple, plum, citron, bergamot and candied citrus in a pulpy juice. Fresh and fleshy on the palate, the Pinot Meunier grape makes for a long-lasting wine. Enjoy with braised green collar with cabbage.
