Gault&Millau's review
91/100
This atypical cuvée is a blend of six grape varieties, with Pinot Meunier remaining in the majority. With its brilliant gold color, it reveals a clean, racy bouquet. Williams pear, fresh quince, vine peach and mirabelle plum combine with meadow flowers. The attack on the palate is frank, homogeneous and invigorating. Round and fresh, with a long, persistent finish, this cuvée embraces sharp taste buds. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a saddle of lamb braised with wild garlic.
