This wine has a fine, floral nose with notes of candied citrus fruit, angelica, rhubarb and white mushrooms, all with plenty of freshness. The palate, less imposing, is light and brioche-like. We would have liked a little more complexity. Suggested for brunch with scrambled eggs with salmon.
