Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Based in Vincelles, in the Marne Valley on the border with the Aisne department, the Blin family has been winemakers since 1671. Pinot meunier is the majority grape variety on the estate, complemented by pinot noir and chardonnay. After assisting his father, Jérôme Blin created his own brand in 2010. He farms just under 3 hectares organically. Close to his terroir, he appreciates parcel-based micro-vinifications in barrels or jars. He works with indigenous yeasts, using as little intervention and sulfur as possible.
