The blend of this cuvée (80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay) creates a tasty, gourmet score. The golden color sets the tone for the delicacy and roundness of this 52 g/l wine. The nose is rich in aromas of stewed stone fruit and candied citrus, with a pastry-like finish of honeyed dried fruit. On the palate, full-bodied and subtle, it offers the amplitude of a fruity, honeyed mirabelle plum tart. Try with escalope of duck foie gras, pan-fried with mirabelles.
