Jean Vesselle
After more than three centuries on the estate, Delphine Vesselle and her husband David have taken over from their ancestors. And, since 2020, Lucas, their eldest son, has been supporting them in turn. The vineyard covers 17 hectares, 14.25 of which are planted on terroirs spread between Bouzy and Loches-sur-Ource. The rest, planted with Chardonnay, is in Bouzy and Chouilly. Always attuned to Mother Nature and new technologies, the estate is today deeply respectful of the environment. HVE3 and VDC certified, it is committed to organic conversion for the 2025 harvest. Harvesting and winemaking to the core, the domaine strives to produce wines of character, with a particular focus on harmonizing the specific characteristics of each terroir, combining power, refinement and finesse.
