This is a champagne of patience, with a time on the lath close to 9 years. A pastry dimension fills our nostrils from the outset, with great gourmandise. We find frangipane, lemon chutney, tonka bean and bourbon vanilla. This deliciousness continues on the palate, with a full, round texture. Discreet bubbles accompany this bonhomie with great elegance. The finish features flavors of plum jam and marzipan.
