An equal blend of the 3 Champagne grape varieties from the 2017 harvest, plus 15% from the 2016 harvest. The Pinot Meunier includes a majority of Solera. The dosage is successful, allowing the ripeness of the grapes and the ageing process to express themselves. A watery, saline finish that pairs well with veal tartar with langoustines.
