A cuvée with a majority of pinot meunier and 10% pinot noir. The wine is full-bodied and greedy, despite a slightly excessive dosage of 6 g/l which masks the blend (25% of the Pinot Meunier comes from a solera initiated in 1995). The finish is sapid and fresh. Enjoy with Asian cuisine and coconut milk.

Jacques Copin

Founded in 1963 by Jacques Copin and his wife Anne-Marie, the estate, located in Verneuil, is currently run by Bruno and Marielle and their two children. The estate's vineyards, ranging in age from 10 to 60 years, cover 10 hectares. In the vineyard, practices are reasoned, even organic and biodynamic when the year permits. In the cellar, old-fashioned methods (vinification in oak barrels) and modern ones (temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, microvinification) are combined to produce a wide range of wines. A large reception room and a motorhome area make visiting the winery easy, but you can also purchase champagnes via the online boutique.
